This is Izzy, the new horse at Long Gone Ranch. We've decided that the name "Izzy" doesn't suit her at all (as I'm sure you'll agree) but we haven't got a clue what to name her. We're thinking maybe "Upgrade" for her show name, but we don't know what would work as a barn name (nickname) derived from that. Suggestions? She's very headstrong... obviously,  She could jump the moon if she wanted to,  She has the most fancy trot in the entire world,  There's not a mean bone in her body,  and she is super super sweet.  |

She is beautiful.... love the dappled gray!
Lichen might fit... she reminds me of silvery lichens on deep gray river rocks.

Hmm, well. Maybe you could name the first one... Bella, which means beautiful in Spanish?

I'd name her Dapple, after her coloration and the fact that to me, that sounds like a delicate name for a horse that can make herself appear as much.
