I want to get some photo paper to print fine art images. What would you suggest I use?

This is going to sounds little flip, but it is my serious answer.
A lab.
I print images for myself, but not what I would consider fine art prints. I don't have a ability to truly calibrate my printer and paper selections. If I want something to actually show others, or to hang on the wall framed, it goes to the lab. The key of course is having an accurately calibrated monitor.
When it comes down to it, when you factor in the cost of good ink on good paper, labs are cheaper.

I also use a lab. But when I printed at college with a properly calibrated monitor, calibrated printer and a lot of printer profiles, we always used luster paper. Always. It gives some of the richest color out there.
