And here are the first two shots from the other day. I'm posting them here because I did not take them. And behind the scenes by me:

idk what the junk is in that second shot, but it annoys the crap outta me. But, your car looks spiffy as ever! When you coming out to NY with it to show it off to me in person?

Holy...
Well, at least you got a professional photographer to help you. Tell him he rocks! XD In that second picture, is that you? I'm a little confused.

I actually like the second one. The concrete bags in the foreground work for me. I do wish that the junk right behind the car wasn't there.
For the first shot, I hate the crop. There is too much at the bottom that takes away from the image. All it needs IMO is a very minor crop to get rid of a little at the bottom of the frame and it was be a great shot.

I don't shoot cars as much as I would like, but they are a favorite subject of mine.

I think the junk on the right and the left of the shot help frame the car. I personally like it. As for the first one I'm not too sure if I would like a tighter crop. It might look a little too confined. I like the openness. The car you posted I think looks a little cramped within the frame. I like to see things around the car or other subject. It's all personal opinion. And Saknika I can mention the site to him, but he's kind of weary of getting online right now. All he has is his Flickr, he doesn't want to join Facebook, Twitter, or any other site really. He just came to the US about 3 years ago or so and still isn't comfortable with stuff like that. The time will come though.

I guess we are just going to have to disagree. :-) It might be a bit old fashioned, but I am a firm believer in getting in close on your subject, and having your subject be your subject. I don't like a lot of clutter in a shot, unless that clutter is part of the subject.
You have a great looking car, it is just a shame that I can't see it in the first shot. All I see is whatever that band is in the bottom of the reflection. It is very distracting, to me anyway.
