Semester two here I come. Really not looking forward to going back... but only 3 more semesters and I should be done, thank God.
I'm taking 19 credits this semester, which... if I can stick with all 19 through the semester... will give me a total of 39 credits at the end of this one. I took 17 last semester, and 3 in the fall of '08. I'll be taking 17 again next semester, 16 the following, 6 during the summer, and 17 the fall after that... so naturally I'm going to be really busy for a while.
This semester's classes include Intermediate Algebra (math is of the devil), Design for Graphic Communications, Digital Illustration I, Drawing I, Principles of Marketing, and Art History. Really not much there I'm looking forward to except maybe the graphics stuff... math, marketing, and art history... not so much.
Anyway, Monday Wednesday Friday I'm in class from 8-12, and Tuesday Thursday I'm in class from 8-3:20, the majority of my off time is likely going to be consumed by homework and hopefully *crosses fingers* a part time job... which I have yet to find, but I'm working on it... and maybe some riding. So if I'm not around a whole heck of a lot, that's why. I'll come around as often as I can, though probably not as much as before.

Holy smokes, good luck with all that! It'll be worth it in the end, that's for sure. And no worries, I bet you'll have fifteen minutes here and there to pop in.

Thanks I sure hope I will... if not I may die of homework overload. I know I'm going to hate art history... I did waaaaaaaaaay too much of it in high school and I never liked it. I don't even like normal history... art history is going to suck. But alas thus are the requirements of getting a degree in graphic design... a lot of worthless junk about dead people. Fantastic. lol

I always liked art history in high school, but then again, I had a really good teacher which makes all the difference in the world. For example, when Drawing and Painting was learning about Degas(sp) (I always got to sit in because I was awesome, and work on my other stuff) she opened with "He was a beautiful painter, but the man was a jerk that hated women." So maybe you'll get lucky and get a teacher like that.
