comicalliance.weebly.com/index.htmlTake a look at the site, and possibly consider donating on the 11th if you have the money. I have been watching this for a few months now, since I'm an avid fan of The Dreamer, which is drawn and written by Lora Innes, the same woman who is running this alliance. It's a good cause, and every artist who participated in the wallpaper would appreciate your donation. If not a donation, offer your support and make a blog entry somewhere about this on January 11th. Every little bit helps.

This is yet another reason I want to work with children; to try and stop human trafficking. I know that there are children in Russia out in the streets being picked up and offered money for doing certain tasks and that somewhere in the west (I can't remember what country but I think it's either in Egypt or Africa), children are being enslaved to work.
No one likes to know that a child is being abused and being traded around through slavery is just one of the worst things that can happen to an innocent youth. I want my photography to send out a strong message, for people to drop what they're doing (at least in a sense) and to try and help those in need of it.
I've seen rich people just prance around and not try to do anything but worry about how they're spending their money. Poor people are actually more than willing to help those in need because they know what it's been like and what it could've been like, but they almost never have any enough money to actually help out the people in deserving need of it.
