Can we get an "Edit Photos" option in our mini profiles? People would select yes or no, which would tell others it's ok to edit their photos for use in critiques.

Hmmm... That's a good idea. I'm going to leave it here for a few more days and see what everyone else thinks, but I'm pretty sure it can be done.  |

I like the idea as well; but if the image has been croped would it not be an idea to post access information to the original image for such as a better crop for example.

I would leave that up to the owner of the photo if whether or not they want to allow you to have the full size image.
Personally, I wouldn't mind people editing mine for critique purposes, but I have a big problem with providing the full size/full res versions.

I agree with you on that entirely. And defo up to the owner and not a compulsory thing.
