From this day on my goal is to take as many pictures as I possibly can every single day and edit/upload at least one image to my portfolio under a special category entitled daily photography. Each image will be named Day One, Day Two, etc. I don't plan on the images I take to be the best images in the world seeing as they will most likely be from my point and shoot, but it's not the quality of the camera that makes the shot it's the composition that makes it interesting.
I've seen people do this before and I've been inspired by Chase Jarvis. He says that the best camera you have is the one that's with you. He has an entire section on his site dedicated to iPhone photography and he's the author of the Best Camera iPhone app.
I know it's been done millions of times, but I said hey...if I want to get better I need to take as many pictures as possible right? I'll be sure to post my more interesting shots or if you just want to follow it here's the direct link to that section of my portfolio.
