This thread is for comments and questions only. Please post all entries over in the entries thread. For this contest, you are to create a photo story. This means you must take a sequence of different photographs that tell a story. You can include words to accompany it, however if it is a strong story you shouldn’t need any. The general setup for a story, though not the required set up, is an overall image of where it’s occurring, two detailed shots, a shot from the beginning, and a shot at the end. You’ll find this kind of photography most often used by photojournalists, but you can set a story up via still life or actors as well. It’s entirely up to you what you want your story to be about, so long as none of the images nor the theme breaks the TOS nor guidelines of this forum. Rules:-One entry per person. -You must have a three to five photo story. No more, and no less. -All images must be new and created for this contest. -All images must be your own work. -Do not edit your post once it is created. If you make a mistake, PM myself and let me know. I will change it for you. This ensures that the contest is completely fair. Deadline: September 30th 11:59pm EST (That means it’d be 8:59pm in California)

Comments: It's almost pointless to do this, but I still wanted to let you know how you made out when judged on the criteria. I love the story you told, and you told it very well. That first image is absolutely stunning, and it really sets the mood for the story that you tell. The use of black and white was also a great idea, but I'm not too keen on it for those flowers. The flowers are also where you lost some composition points, because they feel a little off. Honestly though, it is the weakest image in the story, and the other three support it beautifully. You also did well because both the first and last images are powerful, and they are what people remember best. So congratulations on a fantastic story and on winning the contest.
