I discovered something last night. HDR when you have a lot of black sky at night is VERY hard. This was shot at 10mm was 3 images taken at 2 stops apart. Tone mapped with Photomatix Pro. HDR is still something very new to me, and am having a blast learning something new, and even more by doing it through trial and error. :-)

Hahhaha, yeah, HDR and black sky are enemies. I'm not as thrilled with this one as I was the non-HDR. I like the straight lines, but 2/3 of the image is all one color, without much variation. Of course, I'm also highly medicated right now, so just ignore me. ;D

I really love all the lines leading up to where you really get to see the HDR. I think it looks fantastic. But like Marian, I really love the other version a lot more. It just seems to have so much power, where as this one lacks a bit of it because it's only a portion of what the whole building is.

Very cool man. I'm thinking about getting the full version of that program soon!

If you do, Trey Ratcliff has a discount code on the HDR site I keep mentioning. :-)
