It been really foggy in Spokane so my lighting sucks in my appointment and I will admit that Ive really been off my A game being sick and all but anyways.... When I tried to take some photos of objects and myself. It didn't work out so I started to play around with some effects. And this is what happened. Before After Before After Before After

The first two I think you went overboard on the effects. The very first one, if there were a tad bit more details to the outlines and such, might be good to use in a digital piece, but the second one just doesn't strike me as the best effect.
I do really like the third one though, minus the chipped nail polish. If you ever have oodles of time, I'd suggest fixing that with the clone stamp in the origin one, and then reapplying the effect to the photo.

Hahhaha, I think it would be faster to reapply nail polish and shoot it again. Unless you're a nut like me who removes chain link from pictures. The second one is a good example of being aware of your background before you shoot. Those hanging balls just distract too much, and that green box adds a color that catches the eye, too. You have some AMAZINGLY beautiful blue eyes! Use those to your advantage! Also, it is always better to see the edge of the hand than a flat wrist. Next time, use the fog to your advantage! Fog can create some really wonderful effects.

Not sure how I missed these!
The first image would be pretty cool if you had some brushes in there since I don't understand what the point of the manipulation is. Second, the painterly feel is nice, and liking the crop, but the same idea as the first image. What's the idea? Third, sepia toned and cropped. Not much of digital dark-rooming done here. This would still fall under general photography. However in this one, I recognize a message. Having to do with a passion of Halloween and/or pumpkins.

I like the color of the "after" photo on that third one. The chipped nail polish does not bother me one bit. I like the way you're holding it also.
