Thanks!
We perform every First Friday in Ballston Spa, NY over the summer months. And occassionally, at different venues.

How did the belly dancing go last night? Did they video it again?

It went really well. They did video tape it, and as soon as someone gets around to it, videos will be hitting Youtube. The dance I was in won't be up for a while though, and it's just the same one as last time; but with a lot less people. My sister bailed last minute on her duet with me because her bf was more important.

That's a bit annoying, especially as you got a splinter practising it.

Yeah, for real. And what's more annoying, is she had just seen him the night before. =_=;;; But she's the kind of girl that'd drop just about anything for her bf. :-P

Is he worth dropping everything for?

Personally, I think not. >_>;;; He won't come around her family, and when I see them together in passing I can't even get a hello out of him. Lack of respect (especially basic) is a big no-no for me.

Doesn't sound very nice. Hope she doesn't stay with him long term.

My family and I are hoping the same thing. But we don't voice it too much in case that'd just push her to stay more.

That's human nature. My grandmother didn't like my father and made sure that my mother knew it. My mother ended up marrying him and he is still an a$$ now. If she had kept quiet my mother would probably have dumped him.
