This year my Christmas plans have expanded! It used to be that I woke up in the morning, did the gift thing with the family, and then got to nap for a bit before we went to my grandmother's to see Dad's side of the family and have dinner, and then after that we'd go to my aunt's to see my Mom's side of the family. Mind you, Grandma's house is an hour south of me, and my aunt's. This year though on Christmas Eve I'm going with my bf to see his extended family, and then on Christmas instead of napping we're going to his parent's house first. So it's going to be a very busy holiday for me! But I'm looking forward to it. I love Christmas. <3 What about everyone else?

Looks like you're going to miss napping this year! Sounds like fun though. My kids always (somehow) talk me into having Christmas early, so I let them open presents over Thanksgiving. As weird as this may sound, this has been our tradition. In fact, they've only opened their presents on Christmas once. So, we'll do the usual this year which is mostly hanging out at home playing Halo online and eating too many goodies.

This year it's going to tbe the same as always. We'll get up early, go out and have breakfast, come back and do gifts and whatnot, go to my grandmother's and have moar gift exchanging, then come home. For my family that's about it, though I usually spend the rest of the day visiting all my friends and doing even moar gifts. >_>;' It's a hectic day.

I fly back home on the 22nd, stay 'till the 10th.
On Christmas Eve we'll most likely open presents at my mom's house, then we'll go over to my dad's on Christmas and open them there, then we'll just hang out. Its been that way for the past few years.
I miss the awesomeness of 'Iowa' Christmas' when we used to live there. Nothing beats having all your Relatives around.

Yeah, relatives definitely make holidays a lot more fun. But hey! Relaxation is awesome too! ;D

Well, our tradition has become rather boring.
I would wake up and wait for the sun to start showing before I wake my mother up, then we would open presents. At noon we would head off to my mother's mother for a gathering. Then we would come back home, and then I would hesitantly drive to Dad's for Christmas supper. When my parents were together we would go to my father's sister for his side of the family.
But this year I met a really cool family and they are wonderful friends. We got really close to each other in a short time and I got their kids presents. It was a nice Christmas this year, much better than last year.
