How many were able to go see/photograph fireworks for this past fourth of July? Or, any plans to see more?
Personally, I did my photography of fireworks at Congress Park again, and I'm planning on hitting another venue for more. I loooooove fireworks. As soon as July 1st hits I get all excited! ;D

Unfortunately I wasn't able to see any this year, which is a shame because I was wanting to try out some new techniques! I might see about asking a friend of mine to give me a fireworks show for my birthday simply for that reason, but that's still all the way in October. >.>

Aren't fireworks banned in Cali due to all the forest fire issues? :\ Not for forest fire issues but for dry grass land. All un attended grass turns brown in the Late Spring, Summer & Early Fall seaons. We only have three to four months of green hills and fields which doesn't light easily. In the city, like San Jose, San Francisco and stuff we're mostly okay because we have a lot of tar and pavement, nothing really ignites unless your neighbour hasn't watered their lawn for a few weeks. But since the state outlawed Fireworks, cities are unable to say it's legal.

I was working on the 3rd and the 4th...I was rather angered...All I got to see was some fireworks in the distance because no one came in and we were all sitting outside chilling anyways.
